Welcome. As an experienced midwife and yoga enthusiast I recognised the benefit the practice of yoga can provide during pregnancy, birth and following birth. My classes offer a safe space to relax, unwind physically and mentally and either prepare for labour and birth or strengthen, move and connect during the postnatal period.

Hi! I am Emily. I am a qualified pregnancy yoga instructor and midwife. I love to practice yoga, cook, spend time with loved ones and meet new people.
My classes offer a wonderful opportunity to meet other women, share stories, be heard and take care of ourselves during this important journey. Pregnancy and postnatal yoga can provide incredible tools to enjoy your pregnancy, labour, birth and during the postnatal period.
I am passionate about providing a calm and inclusive space no matter what your yoga background is.
Hi I'm Emma! I am a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher. I am trained to teach Vinyasa and Yin styles and have been teaching online and in person since the summer of 2020.
Yoga has always been incredibly special to me and sharing the practice with others has become such a gift. I have most recently trained in Pre and Post Natal yoga teaching.
I fell in love with teaching pregnant women and feel passionately about the benefits yoga can have, not only on the pregnant body, but also the mind and deeper! My classes aim to empower women as well as create a sense of community and sanctuary.
NEW MOON PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES
A weekly class to practice during pregnancy, offering a calm space to relax and unwind.The class offers an opportunity to move your changing body, ease common pregnancy ailments and aid sleep. We will also cover pregnancy and birth topics with an opportunity to discuss if desired.
What to expect
All equipment will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own mat if you would like. I recommend bringing a water bottle along with you. I suggest wearing comfortable clothing and something warm for the deep relaxation.
The class will start with a catch up. Then we will move into stretching and strengthening your body. This will be followed by a deep relaxation. The class will end with a snack, tea and a chat with a different topic each week.
Occasionally we will welcome guest speakers to the class.
